Ken Avellanet

Ken Avellanet is the original founder of Sunsational Properties LLC.  Ken has over 20 years of management experience. After a sucessful career with Siemens Corporation where he held the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the Americas, Ken set his sites on the construction industry.   As a State Certified General Contractor, Ken developed and built properties in New Jersey and Florida.  Ken earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from William Paterson University in 1985.

Ken Avellanet is active in a number of professional organizations including the National Association of Home Builders, the Florida Home Builders Association, The Gold Coast Builders Association and a member of the Parkland Chamber of Commerce. Ken treats every customer with respect and integrity.

Charles Rogalski

Charles Rogalski is a Partner with Sunsational Properties LLC. He joined our firm in 2005 as Senior Construction Supervisor,  and named a Partner in 2007. Mr. Rogalski specializes in structural code compliance, project management, and construction coordination.
